Wellness has always been part of my story. I grew up surrounded by fresh, wholesome foods, with health-conscious, eco-minded parents who instilled in me a deep respect for the body and the planet. I spent much of my childhood as a vegetarian, thriving in a home where well-being was a way of life. But like many of us, I veered off track in young adulthood.

Lets Meet

By the time I was 20, I was juggling two jobs, going to school full-time to become a massage therapist, and pushing through 85-hour workweeks. My body was in survival mode, and self-care was the last thing on my to-do list. I kept telling myself:

“I’ll take care of myself later… when things slow down.”

But “later” never comes unless we choose it.

At 21, I was exhausted, inflamed, and weighed nearly 200 pounds. My joints ached every morning. I felt trapped in a body that didn’t feel like mine. Something had to change — and it did.

That moment became my turning point.

I got radically honest and committed to my own health. I reconnected with nourishing food, created movement I actually enjoyed, and developed a self-care routine that fit my life.

Within three months, I lost 30 pounds — but more importantly, I felt like me again: vibrant, energized, and fully alive.

I danced. I hiked. I swam in the ocean. I even skipped down the street again (yes — skipping brings me joy!).

That transformation didn’t just change my body — it reshaped my beliefs, my habits, and my purpose.

I’ve since dedicated my life to helping others experience their own reset — through intentional bodywork, behavioral coaching, and simple, sustainable nutrition practices. I’ve worked with coaches to overcome my own mindset blocks, and I know firsthand how powerful support and accountability can be when you’re trying to break old patterns and step into a new chapter.
