Hi I'm Rachel

Growing up, I ate lots of fresh healthy foods and was actually a vegetarian most of my childhood.  My parents were extremely health conscious and eco friendly too(something else that is dear to my heart.)

My life and health were on track for a growing kid.

Fast forward to me at 20 years old; I had an 85 hour week, working two jobs and attending school to become a massage therapist.  Unfortunately, that

go go schedule didn’t leave much time for self-care

I told myself “I have no time to take care of myself, but one day when things slow down, I will.” 

Well we all know “one day” never comes unless we take action.

I was slowly packing on weight and feeling sluggish with no energy.

Each morning when I woke I felt pain in all my joints and I was only 21 years old at the time. 

After stepping on the scale and finding myself at nearly 200 pounds(think the freshman fifteen times 4!)

I had an emotional and mental breakdown. 

I KNEW something needed to CHANGE.

 

That’s when I got serious about making the time for my health and wellness routine! 

I focused on what I was eating, when I was eating, what I was doing for self-care and created a movement program for myself.  After three short months I lost 30 pounds!

I had never felt better and my energy skyrocketed through the roof!

My joints were painless, I was able to bike, swim in the ocean, hike, dance and most importantly skip again (Yes I love to skip!)

I felt like a whole NEW. me with an abundant amount of energy and a whole new life!  

 Since that time, I have never looked back and am always implementing new & fun healthy habits for myself.

I have hired coaches to propel me forward when I felt stuck or lost.

I then was able to overcome my limiting mindset so that I could become the best version of myself, which is always evolving by the way. 

I believe that we are always learning and growing.  We always have the opportunity to be better.

The experience I had inspired me to help others. I got certified as a health and life coach and started my coaching business.

I knew I could help people along their own wellness journey because of how I had changed my own life first!

I KNEW I was meant to do THIS work for other women.

I love helping others create a healthy wellness routine that works for them.    

 But let’s face it, bad habits are hard to break and new habits are hard to form without proper guidance. 

That is when I as your coach comes in and together we create a program that works for you while keeping you accountable to your goals. 

Because the KEY To creating everything you want is having your own coach.

I look forward to connecting with you and helping you to RESET!
